Project Overview

I directed the launch of Slyvar, a cloud-based SaaS for small businesses featuring “SlyvarGPT,” an AI assistant for invoicing, HR tasks, and CRM management Slyvar. Responsibilities included drafting the product roadmap, coordinating UI/UX design, and executing a targeted digital marketing campaign. Within three months, Slyvar onboarded 200+ businesses and automated over 5 000 workflows, saving clients an estimated 15 hours per week.
