Project Overview

As lead of the SkillDex initiative, I managed the build-out of an AI-driven talent matching platform that analyzes project briefs to recommend ideal candidates skilldex.ai. My contributions included defining the ML model requirements, overseeing integration with ATS systems, and launching pilot programs with three enterprise clients. Post-launch metrics indicated a 50 % faster time-to-hire and a 30 % increase in candidate fit accuracy.
