I led the development of Hereon, an AI-driven partnership portal connecting academic labs with industrial R&D teams. Working closely with Hereon’s technical and UX teams, I defined product requirements and led iterative design sprints, resulting in an MVP that reduced onboarding time by 40 % and increased cross-institutional project proposals by 60 %.
